Core Required Skills

• 6+ years in software development (C++ required, Python a plus)

• 2+ years in offshore team leadership

• Familiarity with agile delivery and collaboration tools

• Strong communication skills across time zones

• Experience navigating multi-repo environments

• Ability to produce documentation from code using GenAI tooling

Critical Gaming Context (Preferred)

• Understanding that code quality standards in gaming are extremely high due to performance requirements

• Awareness that developer tools must integrate seamlessly or will be abandoned

• Experience managing teams working on developer productivity tools

Preferred Gaming Skills

• Gaming industry development experience

• Knowledge of cross-platform compatibility requirements

• Understanding of gaming QA and testing requirements
