- End-to-end delivery of solutions, from analysis to implementation and support
- Independent problem-solving and proactive identification of improvements
- Collaboration with internal teams and third parties
- Ensuring operational stability, quality, and security of assigned applications and platforms
- L2/L3 application support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Participation in automation, CI/CD, and cloud initiatives
Prerequisites and skills
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and application platforms (JBoss, Tomcat)
- Scripting experience in both Windows and Linux (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, and Java development
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot applications
- Database administration experience
- SQL and PL/SQL scripting
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab, GitHub)
- CI/CD development experience
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker and/or Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of data center operations, system administration, monitoring, networking, and security
- Strong understanding of networks and core internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, distributed networks)
- Experience with automation/configuration tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and/or Chef
- Experience with application support on L2 or L3 level
- Knowledge of monitoring concepts and tools (Grafana, ELK, Zabbix, Dynatrace, Prometheus)
- Experience with cloud architectures, especially AWS
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level), spoken and written
