Solution Architect

Job description

• You analyze business requirements, design and (co-)develop state-of-the-art software within a highly motivated team of experts

• You are responsible to define and implement processes around documents including connections to the core banking systems.

• You are continuously improving the teams know-how regarding the technologies and updates of our current portfolio to find the best solution for our customers requirements.

Prerequisites and skills

• Ability to understand, structure, and translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Strong skills in modeling and optimizing business processes (e.g., BPMN, UML).

• Solid technical understanding to evaluate and support IT solutions is essential.

• Willingness to take active responsibility in the operational lifecycle of solutions and ensure their continuous improvement.

• Ability to independently plan, manage, and execute projects from concept to delivery. Experience in project management is a plus.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile ways of working is advantageous.

• Experience with IDP solutions, no-code/low-code platforms, intelligent automation, or RPA is welcome.

• Terms like Generative AI (GenAI) and AI Agents should not be foreign to you – ideally, you bring hands-on experience or a strong interest in these technologies.

• Very good knowledge of English, German skills are beneficial
