Job description
• Responding promptly and effectively to incoming sustainability inquiries from internal teams and external customers according to the turnaround time set in the S&C team process
• Supporting HPE sales/proposal/account teams and sustainability managers by providing sustainability content for tenders and requests for information
• Liaising and escalating more complex sustainability inquiries/bids to product stewards and experts to ensure an accurate, professional response is delivered back to the customers
• Tracking all sustainability inquiries on a database
• Maintaining/updating team resources, e.g. SharePoint, FAQs, Intranet
• Completing of team projects, largely focused on researching and collating information on specific sustainability topics
• Other sustainability related ad hoc projects
• All other legally permissible tasks requested by the Grain/HPE manager
