Náplň práce

• The individual will provide support on the Product Environmental Compliance Programs like RoHS, REACH, REACh, and SCIP for all HPE products
• Product Environmental compliance through enforcement of HPE Product Environmental Specification, Material Declarations management & Compliance Database management.
• Fulfilment of related customer requests on environmental compliance topics and support product and packaging compliance assurance and regulatory management activities (e.g., RoHS, REACH, SCIP, Prop 65, WEEE, labelling and reporting, etc.)
• Engage with the HPE Internal stakeholders like Product Engineering, Stewardship, General Business Units, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Environmental management, Strategic Sourcing & other teams to understand the business & reporting needs.
• Manage and expand relationships with HPE products and component suppliers on material compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Location: work from home - Slovakia (in the beginning, occasional training in Bratislava or Vienna should be expected)

Salary: from 1.400€

Předpoklady a dovednosti

Education And Experience Required

• Candidate having a B.E in Environmental/Chemical/Materials Engineering with more than 6 years experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Global environmental and social responsibility regulations/ standards (RoHS, REACH, Prop65, TSCA, PFAS, POP, and ECHA SCIP database) and best management practices is preferred.
• Work experience with product regulations and compliance relevant to Electrical & Electronic Equipment.
• Knowledge of IPC and IEC standards
• Experience in complex BOM and Full Material Disclosure (FMD) analysis
• Experience in reading and evaluating standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of HPE Hardware Products and HPE systems would be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, Drive change against strong resistance, Evidence of leading significant change

• Knowledge of Agile, SAP systems, CMAP systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
