Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join the team, owning quality across our customer-facing web and mobile applications. AI-assisted testing is part of how we work day-to-day; experience designing test automation for AI-enabled features is welcome.

Náplň práce

What you will work on:

Own the QA strategy and test automation for applications end to end
Collaborate with the Product Owner and the agile team to refine requirements and shape testable user stories — covering functional, non-functional, security, and compliance dimensions
Design, maintain, and scale the automated test suite (Cypress + TypeScript/JavaScript) and keep tests an integral part of the delivery pipeline
Drive API and service-layer testing coverage alongside the UI
Mentor team members on test design, automation patterns, and quality culture
Monitor production quality, triage defects, and drive resolution by priority and impact
Use AI tooling effectively in the day-to-day quality and testing lifecycle

Předpoklady a dovednosti

Required:

5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (or similar), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Strong hands-on test automation experience with Cypress and TypeScript
API / web service testing experience (REST, JSON)
Solid grasp of SDLC, CI/CD, and test automation in delivery pipelines
Practical knowledge of software testing methodologies and testing types — UAT, functional, non-functional
Experience working in an Agile environment
Git and repository workflows (GitLab or equivalent)
Fluent English (B2 or higher)

Nice to have:

CI/CD tooling experience (e.g. GitLab CI)
ISTQB Basic / Advanced Level (Test Manager or Test Analyst) or equivalent certification
Performance / load testing experience
Hands-on Angular experience
Test data management and environment automation
Appium mobile automation experience
LambdaTest mobile automation experience

AI in the QA lifecycle:

Effective use of AI assistants for test design, test data generation, defect analysis, and writing test scenarios
Awareness of where AI helps and where it does not in the QA process
Experience designing test automation for AI-enabled product features is welcome
