Technical Application Manager – Testing Platform Services

Náplň práce

• Set up, configure, and maintain test automation infrastructure (servers, agents, services)
• Manage licenses, certificates, firewall rules, and proxy configurations
• Monitor live systems and ensure service reliability
• Develop and support backend automations (e.g., diagnostics, reports)
• Administer databases supporting test platforms
• Document systems, processes, and configurations
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to internal teams and partners
• Maintain reporting and analytics for testing activities

Předpoklady a dovednosti

• Strong experience with Windows Server (2019 or newer)
• Basic understanding of MS SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with virtual desktop/client infrastructure (VCI)
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell 5+ or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (e.g., TOSCA, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress), including:
• Using platform-specific scripting or query languages
• Executing and managing test cases
• Configuring and deploying test suites
• Knowledge of web server technologies (e.g., Microsoft IIS 10+)
• Basic grasp of web architecture for both GUI and backend applications
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Willingness to grow expertise across diverse test automation tools and platforms
