Job description
As the new Application Specialist – CardioVascular Informatics CEE, you will be part of a team delivering advanced Medical Informatics solutions to hospitals and your main focus will be Cardiology.

- Location: Bratislava - Galvaniho ulica / remote. You can work from the Czech Republic/Poland/Romania as you will be travelling a lot.
- Type of contract: Permanent employment or freelance
- Start date: by agreement
- Salary: Starting from 2500€ brutto, but we are completely open to discussing.
We can provide visa sponsorship for candidates already living in Slovakia. We do not provide relocation assistance.
Polish and English is the must.
You may have experience as a cardiac nurse or cardiac technical assistant to succeed in this role.
You are responsible for
- Cardiology solution with focus on cardiovascular image and information management which provides access to cardiovascular clinical information.
- Configures or manages the configuration of this solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment.
- Provides training for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.
- Promote company's solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows.
- Support new product launches.
- Engaging with the pre-sales team early in the implementation process to ensure the customer’s requirements are captured in the statement of work.
- Provide remote and on-site support to customers.
- Provide customer feedback to the business units.
- Active member of the application, education & clinical communities and proactively shares knowledge, experience and lessons learned.
- Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.
You are a part of

You will part of implementations for Healthcare Informatics across CEE which are sold to our Customers, typically hospitals.
Prerequisites and skills
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Medical IT or Electroradiology
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience within cardiology and/or imaging, preferable ultrasound cardiology or/and image guided therapy
- Technical experienced person with the ambition to grow within Healthcare IT environment
- Excellent pedagogical and presentation skills
- Preferable experienced in image guided therapy
- Must have a driver´s license and be willing to travel by airplane
- Fluency in English and Polish, bilingual Czech/Polish language as an advantage

This is a newly established team based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Type of contract: Full-time or freelance contract with Grain Slovakia.
For people living in Slovakia would be able to work for trvalý pracovný pomer, živnosť or s.r.o.
For people living in other countries of the European Union a B2B contract will be offered. Health and social insurance, sick leave, holidays, emergency leave, extra holidays, meal vouchers, pension contribution, etc. will be paid by you.
Your salary expectation for a B2B contract should be high enough to cover all these things. We recommend that you invoice in Euros to allow for currency exchange.

Responsibilities: You will visit customers, find out how they work and, based on that, drive a configuration of the solution. During the go-live phase you will train users of the solution. Communication with customers, managing the configuration of the solution, training users, presenting the solution, collaborating with the pre-sales department.
Solution: Cardiovascular image and information management solution that provides access to cardiovascular clinical information. This technology provides advanced imaging, diagnostic guidance and cardiac reports generated through data mining capabilities for each patient.
Requirements: English + Polish. Ability to travel to Poland, Czech Republic, Romania (70% of working time will be spent travelling). Cardiovascular experience/knowledge - you should have an understanding of the anatomy of the heart and what cardiology procedures are. You should have good knowledge of cardiac procedures as you will be communicating with cardiologists.
Ability to travel: Our client is planning to expand in CEE region - mostly in Poland, then in Czech Republic, later in Romania. You will probably travel by train, plane, bus, taxi or rental car. We will reimburse you for these expenses and for accommodation. The nature of the travel and the quality of the accommodation will be in accordance with companys standards.
