The position focuses on driving business development with a strategic and proactive mindset. The candidate will identify market trends, build strong client and partner relationships, and help grow the customer base. Continuous learning and staying ahead of industry changes are essential. The role suits someone eager to work with modern technology and grow professionally on the job.

Prerequisites and skills

As a candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Maths & Physics, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

  • profound knowledge in the customer management field

  • interest in cloud-native ecosystem

  • openness to business travel within Europe

  • communication and presentation skills

  • written and spoken English

As an ideal candidate, you’ll also have:

  • experience in customer engagement, business development, marketing, sales or psychology domains

  • experience in the startup sector

  • knowledge of the CNCF stack and basic cloud products

  • understanding of the aspects and requirements of software engineering delivery

  • community or open-source work
