Workplace Operations Manager
Job description

Support in ensuring the operational stability and resilience of our future workplace system (physical and virtual clients).

Incident and problem management internally and in collaboration with our providers (provider management, MS case management).

Compliance & audit management (vulnerability management, compliance management, and support during audits).

Operation and monitoring of critical workplace infrastructure and connections to the cloud.

Taking over operational tasks in the area of web gateways, cloud access broker, and ZTNA.

Solution support for our browser architecture and products.
Prerequisites and skills
-
Experience in operating Microsoft client/server environments and browser technologies.

Basics of planning and implementing patch and policy management (Microsoft).

Knowledge in monitoring and optimizing the operation of such co-managed (SCCM/Intune) environments is advantageous.

Initial experience and interest in NW technology, network protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, cloud access).

Ability to actively solve problems and think analytically.

Ideally, experience in operational collaboration with external service providers and support/conducting audits.

Fluent in German and English (at least B2 level).

Work in our office on-site in Vienna (2 days) and Bratislava (1 day) per week.

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.500,- gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
